I recently had the pleasure of working with Adam at Done Right. He provided raccoon removal services from my attic, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and expertise. He arrived promptly and was able to safely remove the raccoons from my attic, and also took measures to prevent future infestations. What really stood out to me was Adam's level of customer service. Adam at Done Right is an absolute professional. We had birds nesting in our oven vent and Adam was able to come quickly and help us handle the situation. When we had time constraints, he promised us he would be here at 9am and was very punctual. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't just complete the service but educated us on how to prevent certain situations in the future.
